June 24th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak,pepper n cheese, strawberries, cappuccino and water.Not sure if I’m lifting later,but if I do it will be chest.
Today I am grateful for this forum,I learn something new here on a regular basis,and I enjoy the camraderie to…Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Today driving wife to Chicago O hare she flying back to Philippines for six weeks. Gonna miss her. This morning was a bit of a rush of course. Had six humapro tablets for breakfast and gonna try and eat somewhat healthy on road. Didn’t prep anything. May have to make this treat day.

She gone for a while am gonna take advantage of it and work on me and my head. Have six weeks of a lot of alone time as son has decided to live with his mom for now cause the stupid wolf incident. Gonna rekindle relationship with older son and do some things with him we use to do in old days. Probably start more cardio and hit some meetings for sobriety purposes.

Am also great full for this UGM place @John it’s transparent, real, and very positive.

Six fried eggs and two pieces of French toast with two cups of coffee. Second meal is a shake. Third meal is two packs of tuna and 4 hard boiled eggs. Fourth is another shake. Today is a pull day. Going to hit some biceps and back. Also got a four and half mile hike. So I’ll get 9 miles in with a backpack full of food and water. Hope everyone has a great day. A female friend of mine always says smile it looks good on you.
 
Busy day today sorry I’m late, had the usual apples Greek yogurt and pro cookie pre and post then some liver and mushrooms chicken and cauliflower for dinner. Big refeed going down for pre bed with the rest of the dates 2 bananas cottage cheese and casein with almond butter before hitting legs tomorrow. Been feeling flat in the gym and need some carbs and fats in the system before tomorrow morning
 
Just about my whole crew is out for various reasons on the farm so didn’t eat super good. Wasn’t feeling the gym just so damn tired w a headache and nausea but said fuck it did more arms and ohp. Feeling good on this cycle today’s the 1st day I’ve noticed any strength gains. 1 week in up 8 lbs
 
So add pizza to my diet. Today is maybe the worst I have had in awhile. Oh well pl baby. Almost up to 300 getting a little fat in midsection but it’s about where I want it

Looks like a cut of beef, bacon wrapped asparagus and a “pearl onion” maybe.
