June 28th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Tire flipped at the gym this am.about to leave for work.Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,3 pieces wheat toast,4 turkey sausage,strawberry and water.Lunch and dinner,who the hell knows.its gonna be nice today,not hot as hell and after work gonna go hang at my dads,throw some shoes,swim in the lake and for all of that i am grateful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day. Congratulations to @BBSQ5.
 
Day off. Slept in to 6… very unusual.

Baby girl wanted to stay home so she’s still zonked out.

Going to piddle around here and train in a bit.
 
Not sure if I’m going to train or get some extra sleep. Meals are a cup of fair life milk and a cup of whites. 2 whole eggs and an English Muffin. Chicken salad on wraps. Beef, peppers and rice. Protein shake, yogurt and almonds.

I had protein cereal protein shake and some icies after gym maybe some more Popeyes and then a few beer maybe burger while out and probably finish day with protein shake
 
Theres my dinner for tonight and tomorrow.ahi steaks,havent altered the recipe,still sear them in avacado oil,salt,white/black pepper…tonight maybe add a little garlic n onion powder.Processing: 20240628_162325.jpg…
