Did dead’s and back all strapped up today. Sitting at 309 this morning so I should probably cut back on food. Some I just killed 2500 cals worth of arbys. Chicken rice and whatever snacks I find later
 
Frosted flakes first thing this morning. Then scrambled eggs and fried potatoes. Snack was chocolate milk and honey bun. Lunch was chicken pot pies. Second snack was Buffalo wings. Chicken and dumplings for dinner. Mass gainer shake with banana and peanut butter before and after back and shoulders.
 
Upping my carbs last couple days i have so free time so 4 cups of dry white rice per day experiment is going it is quite fun looking very full. Running 250mg test 50mg anadrol for the next 2 weeks. So about 600 carbs plus whatever else i eat. Weighing about 250lbs.
