June 3rd installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 oikos,R1 shake blended with strawberries,1 plain bagel,tea and water.
Don’t think I’m gonna lift later,I haven’t taken a rest day in awhile.My dad back is out so I’m on the job alone for next few days and I’m good with that,but these people like to come out and chit chat a number of times throughout the day I don’t engage I leave that up to my dad so hopefully they realize that I hardly say anything to them,don’t have time for small talk.I will politely (at first) tell them the more they interrupt me the longer the job takes,after that I’m gonna tell them to leave me alone.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Slept like crap so no training today. Had 2 eggs scrambled w/ sourdough toast and 2 turkey sausage. Having yogurt, cottage cheese and triscut at break. Then some chicken salad wraps at lunch and chicken and rice for dinner.

1st full day of summer vaca for baby girl so we took a 10 minute very brisk walk while she rode her bike playing get me. Sitting in gym now looking at stuff while she eats a freeze pop.
 
Good morning ya’ll! First meal was 4 eggs scrambled, one large whole potato chopped up for fried tators, and 4 slices of bacon with a 12 ounce Mountain Dew. Second meal was mass gainer shake with scoop of peanut butter, whole banana, cup of egg whites, and 16 ounces of whole milk. Followed by amino supplements and 16 ounces of water. Today’s training will consist of squats, hack squats, leg extensions, leg curls, leg press, Deadlifts, and calve raises. I have 4 chicken breast, seasoned greens, and mashed potatoes for lunch. To be followed by chicken, peanuts, and cheddar cheese P3 with another mass gainer shake. I take 3 amino capsule supplements with each actual meal. Not sure about dinner at the moment.
 
I just had my first protein/oat shake. It was peanut butter cookie flavored which is my favorite. My next one will be strawberry, and my third shake will chocolate milkshake flavor. I’ll have a food meal with 10 nuked egg whites with salsa and 4 rice cakes. Another meal will be 1/2Lb extra lean ground turkey breast and 2 cups of basmati rice.
 
Same old cream of rice and isolate with apples, last one of the week of meal prep so I’ll be able to change it up for next week, more fiber less carbs and more fats to see where I can put myself. Keeping a log book of my fasting glucose to bring to the doc at next appointment.
 
Please keep us posted on your blood sugar. This is very interesting. I would like to see where it ends up with your diet adjustments.
 
Breakfast was two eggs 4 slice canadian bacon with 10g shredded cheese. Which makes two open face breakfast sandwiches. With 340g greek yogurt with 10g maple syrup, 15g raisin bran with extra 10g raisins and 8g maple syrup. And 1 scoop protein drink. Its 670 calorie brekafast around 65g protein 60 carb and 20g fat
