Good morning all.breakfast was plain bagel toasted cream cheese,4 turkey sausage,strawberries,coffee and water.Gym later,not sure what im working.leaving for work soon.also not sure about lunch.Dinner will be something on the grill and a salad.Today i am grateful for steady work.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Toast, egg whites, 3 whole eggs and a cup of milk. Yogurt , almonds and a protein shake. Lunch was chicken salad on a wrap. Dinner is going to be sushi.
 
Work then chest tonight last week of cut the last couple weeks have basically been maintenance not cut but we’ll see what I can do this week weight loss wise
