June 4th installment of diets and training

No training still. Food will be 3 eggs, cheese and potatoes. Yogurt and almonds. Steak and rice. Chicken salad on wraps. Protein shake
 
It sucks and I still haven’t found anything to occupy that 1.5 hours of my day that I used to dedicate going to the gym but I’m feeling better and have gotten almost all my feeling back in my hand. The orthopedic doctor I was seeing just does hand and elbow so when I explained how I think it’s my neck he said to do physical therapy for it lol. If I turn my neck to left and look up I can make my right arm go completely numb. So I’m going to give physical therapy a go and see what happens.

Getting the same amount of pussy with all the money being saved. I will say my training has sacrificed as I want to do more social stuff on weekends so I’ve been not doing best on workouts that are scheduled. But once I’m done with festival that will calm down and I’ll get more
Serious when I know I’m actually lifting heavy
