So I know you’re not supposed to eat for 2 hours before dosing hgh, right?

My question is, does whiskey count? I enjoy a glass of whiskey before bed every night, and I’d like to continue to do so. Is this going to cause problems?

That’s an interesting question that I don’t know the answer to but the whiskey has a high sugar level so it could help with insulin resistance.

I think its carbs and fats specifically that interfere with GH efficacy. Body processes alcohol as sugar so probably the same effect on GH as eating carbs. I know for a fact the body reacts to alcohol as a sugar but the rest is just deduction and assumptions.

Next question is about coffee in the mornings, would black coffee, or even with a sweetener that doesn’t have any insulin response like truvia, would this affect the gh?

This is one of very few articles I found in regards to HGH. Doesn’t seem there’s a lot of people just don’t want to talk about it.
This is just one’s opinion, so take out of it what you will…

I read some where…and pretty sure it was on here… that drinking alcohol decreased natural hgh? There was a link or a big write up that was kinda old on here some where that said that I swear lol because my brother is an alcoholic and hes trying to get sober and get back in the gym and I used that as a motivational tool to help get him to stop drinking…

Oh man, don’t tell me that… but that being said, my baseline igf before starting gh was 230, so that’s relatively high according my doc. He wouldn’t test me for just gh for some reason, he said this test would be indicative of the other. I know that they’re related, but is that enough to go on for keeping up with it?

I should be more clear bro…the write up wasn’t about alcohol and hgh. It was about many many aspects of hgh. Buried somewhere in this long write up was a sentence or 2 about alcohol and hgh. My brother had been talking to me about wanting to try hgh and I remember saying to myself … “I’m going to tell my brother about this to help motivate him to stop drinking’ He was drinking half a gallon of vodka a day at that time so I was willing to try anything.

I actually just read something really interesting about that, in trying to research this. It said that increasing hgh levels exogenously can lower cravings for alcohol in alcoholics. Also, yeah I found that I’m going to need to stop having my glass of whiskey before bed, maybe a few hours before my night time dose, if even at all…

Most do just run an igf test but you can still run a gh serum test if you really want to know what your levels are at with both especially if you don’t know if your gh is actually gh or a peptide that just raises your igf. Another way is to test your hgh with roidtest hgh 191aa test.

People have tested @OneQ on here before I’m sure right? Mainly was asking if I can tell my gh levels in a relative way to igf? I’m pretty confident that it’s real, from all of the great reviews and praises they’ve gotten on here.
