So I’m on my third week of my trt this week. Also been back to work the last two weeks doing concrete 10 hours a day. I decide that after training so hard the last 9 months and losing all that weight,and I’ve been eating maintenance calories, that I decided I needed a break with my eating style and have caved the last four days and treating my self to my girlfriends amazing food lol and honestly I feel pretty good! It’s nice to relax a little. I’m still lifting every morning at 4 am. I feel like I look a lot fuller as well if that makes sense at all. I’ve been feeling a lot better physically and mentally as well this week. I feel as if my muscles are constantly pumped up too lol probably from working all day lmao

Yeah It’s def tough! And man I’ve had so much carbs lol i just needed a break for a few days. I’m trying to figure out new meal plans and stuff so my meals aren’t as bland and boring. I’ve also noticed I’m fucking starving by the end of the day even if I space my meals out
 
I’ almost did the opposite of eating a lot after a cut when I stopped bulk I cut calories too much when I started tracking again
 
Yeah I’m gonna get back on track this weekend. I just needed to enjoy myself. I had a bowl of frootloops earlier and I forgot cereal even existed lmao
 
Honestly a refeed is a great idea helps the metabolism keeps you from killing people. You’re doing great brother.
