March 14 edition of diets n training

Morning all.my first thought of the day was,Thank you God for another day,and my second was fuck lifting today.
Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,3 toast,5 🦃 sausages,chobani and water. Gonna go on a walk later with my dad,he’s been doin 2 Miles a day,he still won’t lift with me though but at least he’s doing that dreaded “C” word I hate,and I will go with him here n there bringing the dogs with me.Gonna go look at a small job later,2 bedrooms,minor spackling, ceiling walls trim to paint.

Brooo today is the 14…

I had two toast today, one with salmon & onions, second eggs & avocado with fruits n coffee

Training Chesticles, Tris & lovely ABS today.

Need to start some post cardio FML
 
Trained chest and Tris today. Light Cardio. Finishing a shake and fruit then I’m eating chicken and spinach again. Later I’m having shaved steak with eggs and cheese
 
Same crap for chow. Had an epic cheat meal last night, almost threw up I ate so much.
