Good morning all.So I’m still at the VA facility,but in a diff building, transitional housing they call it. But I can leave whenever to go look for places to live.i also got a job thru the VA on the maintenance crew.feels good to be working again.theres a guy I know here and he managed to talk me into joining the local YMCA their gym is much bigger and better then I anticipated.So we’re goin to lift at noon.Been years since I was in a gym.Breakfast was 2 plain bagels,5 HB eggs no yolk, banana, cranberry juice.Lunch was 2 turkey n provolone,lett, tomato,light mayo,water, protein shake.Today I am grateful the experience the military gave me and for some of the skills I learned that help my life out today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Today has been 2 eggs, toast, and oatmeal with almonds followed by baked lemon pepper chicken and sweet potato. Had cottage cheese and a yogurt at snack. Dinner will be top round and rice. Hoping to train chest tonight, maybe legs since it’s international chest day
 
Congrats on the job. Upper strength for me tonight. Back, chest, shoulders, triceps, and biceps. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, and chicken sausage. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for a snack. Tuna and crackers for lunch. Chocolate milk for second snack. Meatloaf with bison, mashed potatoes, corn, peas, and rolls for supper. Shake after the gym and frosted flakes before bed.

Say congrats and good news on working even if i was rich I would want some job to do I like not working for a short period of time then I get bored and yoh know hat they say about boredom
 
My lady and I hit chest and tri this morning
We split a sandwich around 9:30 and another around 1 pm. No evening meal yet

That’s good news @John . Glad for you man I’ve been in places like that. They can really suck
 
Yeah so I’ve heard,it seems ok here… although I already got “written up” by some lady here for my she said she told me twice to wear a mask,and that I needed to be in her office at 1500,it was 1400 and I was going on my daily walk/hike.i told her that I would not be attending that meeting and I walked outside.I laughed at her,she was fuckin bent.

Got to be honest I’m
Not picking using wraps on wrist but I’ll keep doing it at least for two months and see if I get more comfortable. Only two lore weeks till I start adding deca by then hopefully lifts are already swinging upwards again todays 385 for 8 was struggle more than hoped but I also have to remember I was fresh hitting certain numbers now it’s after 10 hours of work
