March 21st edition of lifting diets and life

Good morning all.Did light leg workout and tire flipping this morning.Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,3 pieces whole grain toast,4 turkey sausage,banana,coffee and water.Not sure about lunch.Dinner will be well,not sure about that either.No work today,maybe start a new job tomorrow.I am grateful for reconnecting with my most recent ex,(not my exwife that will never happen again),but the blonde bartender one that i most recently met,I just want to put my hands around her throat as i ground n pound inside her,i Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Good morning. Trained legs last night and will probably rest today and do some stretching after work. Meals so far, 3 egg omelette with cheese and a piece of sourdough. Spaghetti and meatballs. Chicken pot pie with out a crust (I know why bother right!) Yogurt, almonds and another piece of sourdough. Protein shake with a banana. Work and working out. What’s everyone else up to
 
Well look at that we both got single again and then reconnected with that ex. I’m still technically single. Today I did allergy fights and we will se what work has in store I have some chicken no rice at work so maybe add a shitty form of carb from cafeteria
 
I appreciate the words,so since im shooting blanks,im not particularly worried about to much,i can put my feelings aside,shes fun to hang out with,she positive and spiritual and a good influence on me,with that being said,im prepared to be let down,and have walls up,along with my guard.

Took a week off from the gym. Will start back Monday. Eating what’s available. Two tears in a bucket. Fuck it. Will start meal prepping again tomorrow.
