Hi everyone.Breakfast was cheese steak,protein shake,banana,coffee n water.Workin a few hours,then go home and do 4 arms n tris.Hope everyone has a good day.
Strip steak abs arms today. Maybe stick with bis and rear delts abs do shoulders and tris again but something about getting pump in both bis and tris to gather that seems so good
Today was 3 protein oat shakes, a turkey breast/rice meal, and an egg whites /fruit meal.
Today was an off day. I hate off days but it’s necessary. Tomorrow is chest, back, calves, and walking up hills for cardio. :walking_man:t2:
