Good afternoon all.lunch was turkey and provolone, 🥬, 🍅,light mayo, cranberry juice.Did back at gym.weighed in at 205.the guy at the desk(VA gym) said I haven’t seen you in awhile how is it you still look in shape the way you do,I smiled at him and said just lucky I guess…I don’t know him enough to bring him over to the DarkSide of bodybuilding yet,we shall see…

Samo grub no training donated some juice this afternoon.

Finally back to work and put in 128 hours last week.
Training is going well also. Still can’t train chest that hard but everything else is coming up
 
Chciken and rice no training have dr apt at 7:45 in morning sweat the eye is getting another stye like it waited for me to come off antibiotics and boom. Guess it’s good I got apt they can look at it and
Then give me more meds I guess
