Good afternoon @Members good things are in store for yall,hopefully we get a lot of participating,and the more people get involved,the more we can do these types of things.
Breakfast was sesame bagel with creamcheese,4 turkey sausage,peach chobani,strawberries and water.I did a light n quick workout this am on my bis,then did calves,had Animal protein shake,with 2 raw edds during my workout.
Lunch will be leftover meatball parm sandwich with a salad,an a bananna,cranberry juice.
1st dinner will be chicken and dumplings,mixed veggies in the broth part.
DISCLAIMER I don't count my carbs,and add salt to nothing,everything I use/eat is low sodium,and I've cut out a Lotta red meat in my diet....hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
I just cheated,had 1 egg over easy,1 piece of whole grain toast,loaded with pepper...I had to exercise a fair amount of self control to not eat 3x that amount of bread n eggs.
 
Trained chest and shoulders last night. Eggs and toast for breakfast. Granola and yogurt. Then chicken w/ pasta salad. Shaved steak and cheese wraps. Protein shake with a banana and strawberries
 
Fuck it no gym today..some of my family is coming today later on,I'm doing chicken parm,gotta feed 8,and that's not even half of my immediate family that's coming,but I enjoy cooking.

I haven’t had chicken parm in a long time. Dad used to make his version but lately he’s been not cooking as much stuff as he can’t stand for longer periods of time. I’m hoping him
Getting sick and not being. Able to get himself up is wake up call about his weight. He needs to eat more protein less carbs
