Good morning everyone.Breakfast was 4 eggs scrambled,4 fake sausages, pineapple n strawberries, Protein shake,water.Probably not lifting today.Hope everyone has a good weekend

Breakfast wa 4 poptarts 4 eggs 12 oz of milk. Second breakfast was 7 oz chicken breast 8 oz Cooked rice or 2/3 a cup dry. Train is dead’s and back

I was going to add pop tarts in,but my kid and her friend that slept over ate the last two fuckin kids.

Have fun. My yard looks like crap rn but it’s too effin windy cold here to do anything yet. Can’t wait to get at it I cringe anytime I pull in the driveway
 
Today is protein shakes, turkey breast and rice, fat free cottage cheese and rice cakes. Same ole thing. Just need to try not to cheat until tomorrow but it’s been 6 days so we shall see. Feeling great this morning! 💪
 
I’m a sock fanatic,not to mention everyone in the house wear my black ankle socks,or the dryer eats them,I swear (for @Kad1) they just Disafuckinpear.
 
I haven’t lost a dock in 4 years I can’t believe it but it’s true its damn true
