Good morning everyone.Breakfast was 4 eggs scrambled,4 fake sausages, pineapple n strawberries, Protein shake,water.Probably not lifting today.Hope everyone has a good weekend
Have fun. My yard looks like crap rn but it’s too effin windy cold here to do anything yet. Can’t wait to get at it I cringe anytime I pull in the driveway
Today is protein shakes, turkey breast and rice, fat free cottage cheese and rice cakes. Same ole thing. Just need to try not to cheat until tomorrow but it’s been 6 days so we shall see. Feeling great this morning!
