Good morning motherfuckers.I has a huge breakfast,it was 50mg NPP,Test C 125,50mg proviron,Cialis 10mg,halo 10mg4 scrambled eggs,fake sausages, strawberries, chobani.mini meal tween now and lunch will be protein shake,drinkable yogurt, corn muffin.No work today.Doin legs in a little bit
 
Morning boys,
New diet for me starting today. Rotating between no carbs and high carbs so basically an A and B day.
Today is high carb so a cup of rice with 4 of my 5 meals. Looking forward to it. Only fat is what’s in chicken and 99% FF turkey.
30 min intervals on the concept 2 bike,
Legs around 2pm
 
Coffee, oatmeal and some blueberries. A cup of egg whites. Going to hit traps shoulders and forearms. Then some more whites, 2 eggs and some potatoes. Protein shake with strawberry and half banana

Today had an omelette with veggies toast n coffee

Snack pear with a top honey(only a bit promise)

Early lunch shake with rice cake

Chesticles/Tris n abs
 
Today I did super sets of chest and back and had a killer pump. Really looked good. Joints were making crunching sounds which isn’t too cool haha getting dry.
Today’s diet is 3 1/2 protein/oat shakes. A fat free cottage cheese and rice cakes meal, and an egg whites and rice cakes meal. 3 fish oil capsules and 3 vitamin/mineral/fruit and veggie powder tablets.
 
Thanks I. Little left on tank but not goig to risk I hurry I’ll go all out I. Comp if I fuck myself up there I can accept it but I’d hate to do it in training
