Good morning all. Breakfast was 2 sesame bagels lightly toasted with cream cheese.Protein shake.my buddy gave me a bag of his 5.5 lbs in exchange for some winny I had

Did 5 miles on the bike,(actual bike ride) then did shoulders.
Dinner will be,who the fuck knows.
Today I am grateful for the country I live in.Go to a third world country for a few weeks,then come back,or flip on the news…

At gym doing legs not sure how heavy I can go after doing 12s got home at 3aybe 5 hours of sleep. But still f I didn’t wake and go before work todya it probably wasn’t happening. Going to point feet out wards a bit more on squats to see if it helps me
With depth on high bar.

I was getting my head right before gettin some that’s what I was doin.I will let people call it whatever they want though. it’s a 8 mile round trip to the YMCA and back to the VA.Gonna do that tomorrow or Sunday.
