MARCH 3RD ISSUE OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all.Breakfast was 1 sesame seed bagel,toasted with cream cheese,4 turkey sausage,banana,water,200mg edible.Gonna do bis and forearms in a little bit,maybe go tire flip at the gym after lunch.
Lunch will be country fried steak,baked potatoe,and a salad.1st dinner will be same as lunch,but no potato chic peas plain out the can,,and a salad.2nd dinner will be the other half of chic pease,bryers natural vanilla ice cream.im very disciplined with no bull shit eating between meal,but since I ate that edible, I can't control my munchies so might as well say I'm on a refeed today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
So I brought my lunch Wednesday for work but wasn’t feeling it that day. Chicken and rice not the most appealing meal when hungover. Finally got to it today and was still as good as it would have been that day
