Good morning all.Did tire flipping at the gym this morning. Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,2 pieces of toast with light butter,4 turkey sausage and grapes,coffee and water. My dad and i are taking a ride to one of the VA he has a appointment and i have a Marine buddy i met last year while i was living there im gonna go visit with,gonna enlighten him with some mushys and see how hes doing.When i get back in gonna go hike around the farm we hunt on see if i can find some antler sheds.Today im grateful im gonna see one of my buddies,and spend time outdoors.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day,over.
 
Sounds like a good day planned.

Day 2. I’m on charcoal and antibiotics again. Eating some baby food. Still dehydrated shitting water out every couple hours. They want a stool sample but not happening. No gym obviously.
 
So I’m only eating like 3-4 meals these days haven’t pinned in 2.5 weeks and haven’t gymed in a good while. I think I’m either trying to decide between extended break or trying to come back in and not worry about weight hut do a cut and see if i can get lean or not. I’ve been suffering from insomnia as of late and it’s been a struggle to get up. This is likely depression induced so im going to spend weekends being outside as much as possible to maybe get that sun i need.
 
Maintaining size/girth/pl strength can be a second job. Eating bunches is definitely a chore
 
I’ve always wanted to see you in a hypertrophy cycle. You’ve got the bone structure body comp to be huge (muscular/cut) and the discipline to get there.
 
My ex would have,the comforter,and her own blanket,id have the sheet,and she would take that to,until i woke up,and aggressively ripped all 3 off her.
 
I keep my own blankets. Usually 2. I sleep on one and cover with one. If I get night sweats the blanket I’m on soaks it up good so it’s not too bad for me.
 
Well now its not to bad for me either,ya know,the whole sleeping alone shit.
 
Hey John I’m thinking auperdrol is great compound for to start a cut but honestly I’ll probably just start test back up then go from there
