Mark Dugdale Off Season Recipe

It is. Can usually do a variation I do in mornings. I get the meat started before jumping in shower. By time I’m dressed I drain the fast, wash it and add the beans in that time. Sometimes kidney beans and green beans. Ready fairly fast.

@Fitraver I eat bison 3 times a day. Yea expesniveas hell. Sometimes to make it go farther I buy 96% fat free beef and mix all together. I’m actually looking into a butcher it’s much cheaper to buy in bulk. Maybe find a friend to go in half with you if you can

Way I should really check out some butcher shops. Thanks for the idea.
I know a guy that buys a whole bison there and has it slaughtered. He says its much cheaper to purchase that way. He pays per the pound rather then per cut of meat etc. He sometimes goes half an half with a friend on it. You guys should look at that option.

Very easy to make and you can add whatever fits your flavor choices or macros. Turnip and parsnip make it kind of a Shepherds or Cottage Pie. I top mine with riced cauliflower and cheese then bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Finish with hot sauce of choice. 😉

I use bison but I also use wild game or grass fed beef.

This is actually exactly what I make pretty much weekly, I switch it it up between bison and ground turkey. I sometimes add red, black, or kidney beans. Lol never thought I’d see this in a video as it’s just something I usually throw together cause it’s simple and quick.

Quick and easy recipe for those needing to reach your macros thru the day.

@Stratfordave here’s an off take of how I do it. All depends on what I’m reaching for my macros. I used to make this and just eat it all thru the day. When pot was finished I was done eating for the day. Sometimes changing around adding corn, etc.
