Mass gainer protein for breakfast?

So breakfast is my biggest challenge due to the fact that I’m an electrician. I wake up at 4 sometimes 3:30 to be to work at 5. Basically what I’m getting at is waking up and making a big breakfast isn’t impossible but it’s really not optimal. Could I substitute a mass gainer and still get a lean bulk?

Test/deca/Adrol cycle - 600/300/50
 
When I can’t make a breakfast, hard-boil eggs, eat 6 but only 2 or 3 with yokes, rest just the whites, then have some granola or something that isn’t too processed or has sugar.

I used to measure out and stick the granola in a baggie and have the eggs in a baggie and eat em on my drive to work.
 
On days I want to cheat. I add my mass gainer to my pancake mix. I’ll add a scoop to my oatmeal and mix it in. I’m able to take in more macros while eating a normal quick meal.
 
I feel the early morning wake ups man.
When I have to get going quick I like to grab a carton of pasteurized egg whites and just drink them on the way out after a big bowl of oats.
I pick them up at wallmart for $4 each, 100g of protein per carton no cooking needed.
