Hi all. Called outta work,not going to the gym. Gonna go hike around,and do some trout fishing.Breakfast was fruity pebbles,strawberries,coffee,i laced my coffee with THC tincture,the tincture is made with everclear,to absorb better,i should be whacked in about a hour...Not sure about lunch,I took chic out of freezer so dinner will be chicken something.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day
 
Hoping to train shoulders and traps later. Waiting on parts for my lawn tractor and if they show up I'll be cutting grass instead. Supposed to rain hard up here for the next few days. Meals for the week are eggs, potatoes and turkey sausage. Chicken meatballs and pasta. Chicken salad wraps. Yogurt and almonds. Protein shake
