MARCH 20TH ISSUE OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all.Doing arms later at gym with my bro in law.Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,vanilla yogurt with cut up strawberries and 1 scoop of protein and 4 oz of milk,bananna,coffee and water.Lunch will be two turkey and swiss lettuce tomato,half can chic peas,water.dinner will be,who the fuck knows...it's the girls birthday today,and I'm friends with her,known her a long time,she's my age(44) she owns the farm I work on sometimes with pigs and goats. I think we're going out for some appetizers and beers later so that might be my dinner.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
No training tonight. Taking girlfriend out for Chinese later. Had beef and rice earlier, eggs and turkey sausage, yogurt and granola. Protein shake and some almonds. No work tomorrow so I'm looking forward to sleeping in
