May 23rd edition of diets n training

Good morning @John and the rest of UGM. Trained shoulders and traps today. Had 2 waffles and some egg whites earlier and having a protein shake now. Will be having some eggs and potatoes real shortly.

Same as usual but went to winco this weekend and found rice flour in the bulk section. I usually grind it myself from the big bag of rice from Costco since I go through so much and don’t want to buy the little boxes but rice flour is essentially the same price as normal rice. Hit chest and back today. Sweet potato and tilapia for lunch. Hope everyone starting the week off strong!
 
That’s why I sold my scooter. #1 I’m still not mature enough. #2 unlike when I was younger, I’m aware of the pain when (not if) I crash.
 
Today is a good day. Last hard day of cardio and I get 60 g carbs at every meal. Tomorrow is better goes up to 80g per meal
 
I was walking through Walmart today and some guy said to me “save some gym for everyone else”. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ain’t never had anyone say that to me before. Took it as a compliment.
