May 28th installment of diets and training

Morning all.Breakfast was,2 glazed Dunkin donut,they were better then sex,4 HB eggs no yolk, strawberries,coffee and water.Gonna do bis at some point today.Its shitty weather here so no outside shit today which sucks,I hate being cooped up.I appreciate everyones participation here in the morning always look forward to it.
 
Been using a different bfast beings 8 years of overnight cold oats n whites was getting a bit old.

1pack of instant oats, 1 tbsp of pb, 2 scoops of vanilla whey isolate, 1 scoop of collagen peptide. Run some water through the kuerig and mix all together to good consistency. Very satiating and easy to eat.

Probably pull shortly and piddle around house.
 
Quick and dirty pull just to get fluids in the joints and blood in the muscles.

4 laps underwater (32’ or 34’ don’t remember) pool… one there and back on one breath.

50 laps across in shallow end walking fwd one way backwards the other. Half of them was with a 7yo hanging on me like a fidgety spider monkey.

@NeuroRN walking backwards in the pool for knee health.

Yuck! Don’t you have a better donut shop were you are? Maybe I’m just a donut snob but dunks are terrible.

Coffee and orange then training some back before work. Then I’ll a shake and a raisin bagel with egg whites when I get to work.

Apple fritters are bomb! I had cream of rice, whey, apples pre workout and then dates intra and cream of rice with pineapple post workout. Had rice and chicken for lunch. Dinner will be sweet potato, peanut butter perch and asparagus. Oats Greek yogurt and casein before bed. Hope everyone had a good Memorial Day weekend!
 
I just had 5 pieces of shrimp while I wait for my grilled chicken breast and baked potato to be ready. I’ve had 3 protein/oat shakes.
I’m currently out of state staying in a nice hotel which has a gym with real nice new equipment and amazing cardio equipment with Netflix and video games attached. I trained legs, calves, and rode the recombinant bike. I’ll have 2 more protein/oat shakes before bed.
This is my favorite horizontal squat press machine which I used today in the hotel gym. I have a host of lower body injuries, and this machine is one of the few I can use successfully.

They have that leg press at it gym it’s almost works like old school hack
