I’ve had 3 protein shakes today, it’s been 7 days since I had a cheat meal and I think I need one because I’m raging on everyone today. I got an insane pump on chest and back thanks to tbol and Cialis but I was abnormally weak and ended up doing less volume than usual. My body is telling me it needs a pizza and chocolate and chips and skittles. Oh, and some pussy would be nice too.
Chest and back for me with a hefty meal digesting from fasting yesterday and cream of rice this morning. Changed up the style with lots of intensifiers like dropsets and myoreps. Pump was absolutely brutal!
Basically you have your max amount at failure say it’s 15 on your first working set. Assuming you actually hit failure on these sets the following will have less reps with the same weight so myo reps is where you go to failure with 5-10s rest until you reach that max number again
