Ended up having an excellent squat session.

In between sets about an arm lengths away…i had someone watching…went all machete on him…back to squatting.

I’ve had 3 protein shakes today, it’s been 7 days since I had a cheat meal and I think I need one because I’m raging on everyone today. I got an insane pump on chest and back thanks to tbol and Cialis but I was abnormally weak and ended up doing less volume than usual. My body is telling me it needs a pizza and chocolate and chips and skittles. Oh, and some pussy would be nice too. 😀
 
I have a machete like that in my garage
 
No . Just in case someone breaks in and I have to shoot them. They brought that machete with them. Lol
 
Basically you have your max amount at failure say it’s 15 on your first working set. Assuming you actually hit failure on these sets the following will have less reps with the same weight so myo reps is where you go to failure with 5-10s rest until you reach that max number again
 
Trained chest and Tris. Same food as the last few days. Hope everyone has had a good day so far
