May 3rd installment of diets and training

Good afternoon all.No gym,im at work now til like 1400 or whatever the fuck i want.Breakfast was 5 turkey sausage,4 eggs over easy,3 pieces of whole wheat toast,grapes,coffee,and water.Lunch will be roast beef,swiss,lettuce,tomato on rye,lite mayo,n mustard,banana and cranberry juice.Im going fishing after work…dinner will be flank steak,smashed potatoes,and a salad.Today i am grateful for the camaraderie and all the knowledge ive gained here.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
