May 4th installment of diets and training

Had a waffle with scrambled eggs, fruits & coffee.

Training legs later… will post a pic of my lunch later.

Can’t sleep cause I sleep all the last two days so I don’t know I’ve had hotdogs and ice cream sk far today
 
6 fried eggs, 4 waffles, and a bowl of grits. Followed by my mass gainer shake. Today is pull day. The rain has it nice and cool around here for the time being. Means it won’t feel like a sauna in the gym by the time I get there. The last few nights it’s been so humid in the gym that I’ve gotten sweaty on my first set.
 
Breakfast four eggs bacon potatoes
Lunch protein bar and turkey sandwhich
Dinner ribeyes salad and potatoes
Training today hit prs since November injury.

Reverse flys pec deck. 190 ten reps Up 30 pounds
Overhead shoulder press (machine) 260 up 60 pounds eight reps
Leg extensions 295 10 reps up 30 pounds.

Must be this over eating and @Flashlabs tbol. 50 mg pre workout 2 hours before. Been hitting that three weeks now. @johnjuanb1 killer stuff.

Dinner. Num nums (like shark from suicide squad)
