Morning all.Breakfast was scrambled eggs,1 piece of toast,turkey bacon,oikos,banana,water.Going to do tris later.Got practice today with the whole team,we played last night and got whipped.
Afternoon to everyone sorry I’m a bit late, had my cream of rice and eggwhites before heading to hit chest and back. Then had cream of rice with bananas and blueberries after. Gonna have sweet potato, pb2 and chicken for lucnch in about 30 mins
Breakfast was 6 fried eggs, 2 pancakes with 1 scoop of mass gainer added to the pancake mix. Second Breakfast was a mass gainer shake with a big scoop of peanut butter and a whole banana. The Cookies and Cream mass gainer makes those pancakes slapping. Lunch was a half pound burger. Another mass gainer shake . Taking 3,000mg Amino capsules with each actual food meals. It’s like swallowing small bird eggs. 3 of those per day. Today is a rest day. Working out every other day to make up for all the calories I’m burning working in this heat every day.
Gonna have high calorie tuna mac n cheese. Went to the grocery which i love stocking up but holy shit this country is fucked up everything’s so damn high now
