Food and no training hope to sleep after protein shake when I get off work. Have meeting at 2:45 so see what the fuck that is about I have a feeling hours are changing to 4-2 so 4-4 on 12’s
Slept in quite a bit compared to normal week days. Got up around 9am instead of 5-6am. Was able to work remotely at home through the morning/anfternoon attending a few conference calls.
Ate late lunch (sirloin tips seasoned with Montreal steak and a bit of A1; large bag of steamed broccoli). Washed down with a pre-workout drink.
Going to be doing legs shortly focusing on belt squats. Will also be doing leg extension/curls, kettle bell swings, barbell hip thrusts, and donkey calf raises.
Oldest has a middle school band concert so will be heading out there in the evening. His schedule is about to get wild with travel baseball. From here forward 3-4 games per week and occasional practice on off days.
Right now my daughter’s schedule is practice Tuesday Thursday with the team, and we hired a pitching coach so that’s 3 practice a week with games on Saturday, not to mention she runs with a team called Girls On The Run,twice a week.
The back garage man door didn’t get pulled shut and latched yesterday evening. It was close enough to set the alarm….12:30am it drifted open….sooooo I was up in my pj’s wirh the pistol grip pump shotgun breaching the kitchen door to the garage….cleared garage… took a lap around the house to look n see… stayed up to 3:30. Laid back down slept to 6:30…went to work 2 hours late.
That’s a lot going on! We took it easy this spring as last year on top of my oldest son playing track and baseball, the triplets were playing soccer about 4 days a week as well as my 8yr old daughter (she also was doing cheerleading). Between practices and games I’m not sure how we made it work! At least for now the triplets can play on the same team, but soon the 2 boys will have to split off from our girl.
LOL! I was thinking the same comment when I wrote that… just held off for some reason . I’m sure blowback wouldn’t come from this great forum, as all can understand and take a joke.
Though being out in person in the real world, there is so much division and people that get offended at almost anything. Certain views, comments, or even a hat/t-shirt (particularly if red!), can and may result in physical reactions, which is sad.
I’ve got 3 kids that play on tournament and Rec league. It’s necessary for them to play to be able to make HS team! The level of play has increased so much since I played. These kids are impressive. Love watching the girls play too. Such a fast pace game!
