Meal Plan Question - Mega Fit Meals

I have aways done my own meal prep, typically on Sundays… pain in the ass as most know! Have used a local, small company in the past … super convenient, fresh, and priced right (9-11$) for customized meals.

Has anybody ever used megafitmeals.com ? Was going to pull the trigger and give them a try… they have free shipping this month.

I have one of these places by me I would reccomend going there first and seeing what they actually give you for the cost.
I don’t believe that it is worth it unless you can spend that amount of money to get your macros.
Meal prep is like 3$ a meal they give you a little container for alot of money

Try it out though and let me know what you think because I get sick of meal prep

They are pretty good I’ve used them. For me eating 7 meals a day it’s just more convenient to cook all my food plus you control what it’s being cooked in and marinated with. It’s probably not as crucial unless you’re in prep.

Never tried this one but I know owners of cleaneatz, good quality stuff but I’d say just take the extra time to prep your own meals. Saves you a lot of money overall.
