Oats whites granola chicken so far.

Doing upper press stuff shortly if I can peel this recliner off my azz.

It was my choice of gift certificates. I chose one from Total Wine. Haven’t had an opportunity to get down there and use it yet. Maybe this weekend
 
Usual breakfast. Eggs, turkey bacon, bagel and cream cheese, orange

Pull day today. I think I’m 6 weeks in to me test and deca cycle. Things are really taking off now and feeling good

Yeah I’m feeling better today last few days got to me working 12s and trying to workout. Be better if I didn’t have to drive an hour 15 to work lol ima get back on my diet and crush it tho before thanksgiving :muscle:t3::muscle:t3:
