So after my little break over the weekend. I went to Push Pull Legs. Last nights training session was a Push night.
Flat Bench Dumbells 3×12
Incline Bench Dumbells 3×12
Tricep Push Down Straight Bar 3×12
Shoulder Press Dumbells 1×12, 2×15
Lying Tricep Extensions Dumbells 2×15, 1×12

Changing up movements/rep and set schemes keeps everything fresh and interesting imo.

How else are you going to know what works for YOU and what needs to be tossed.
 
A lot of people love it. I myself growing up in the area don’t care much for it myself. The traffic I would compare to going through the middle of Atlanta or New York. The tourist love it and so do all my kids.
