So after my little break over the weekend. I went to Push Pull Legs. Last nights training session was a Push night.
Flat Bench Dumbells 3×12
Incline Bench Dumbells 3×12
Tricep Push Down Straight Bar 3×12
Shoulder Press Dumbells 1×12, 2×15
Lying Tricep Extensions Dumbells 2×15, 1×12

Also just finished up 1 bottle of Esquels Mass Stack
 
Imo you’re hitting it just right on the upper end of the “hitting it hard scale”
 
Changing up movements/rep and set schemes keeps everything fresh and interesting imo.

How else are you going to know what works for YOU and what needs to be tossed.
 
Last night’s Leg Session. Missed Saturday going out to eat in Pigeon Forge. Most of every where had 2 hour waits to eat.
Squats Barbell 2×5, 2×8
Leg Press 1×20, 1×15, 1×12
Leg Curl Lying 2×10, 1×12
Standing Calf Raise 3×15
Romanian Deadlift 3×10
 
A lot of people love it. I myself growing up in the area don’t care much for it myself. The traffic I would compare to going through the middle of Atlanta or New York. The tourist love it and so do all my kids.
