If you want to make that VMO pop even more put a squat wedge underneath the planted foot. I’ve never done this in a drop set but have done 4-12 and good lawwwwwed the lactic acidosis buildup is real
 
I’ve seen the video and will do these in the squat rack if it’s available. Definitely a “finishing” set 😂. Absolutely fried after
 
I usually do mine exactly like mr meadows in the first video. Either as finisher or standalone.

Very brutal.
 
Finish off with stiff leg dead lifts. Sometimes he moves this up in the routine they are tough indeed. I’d done right should feel like knives stabbing you in the butt
