Found the video of Mr. Meadows doing his single leg finisher. This is grueling as a finisher and works well as a main movement for a second leg day. It’s safe and very effective.
If you want to make that VMO pop even more put a squat wedge underneath the planted foot. I’ve never done this in a drop set but have done 4-12 and good lawwwwwed the lactic acidosis buildup is real
