My Intro!

What going on.
Ran into the forums when I was searching the legimitacy of an online gear website.

I'm in my mid 30s, full time employee with a full family.

Been training on and off for quite a while, physically you can tell, but nothing eye popping like you see here. Doing a mix of weightlifting and HIT workouts.

Baseline weight 210, current 220 by diet alone, l'm trying to hit 230 which I have not been able to achieve.

I'm on TRT prescribed, 200 Test C. a week for about 2 years now, improved my mental, physical and sexual health alot. Despite that amount Total T been consistent between 800-1000, no other lab issues.

I'm planning to run:
Weeks 1-10 – Testo-Non 550mg week
Weeks 1-4 – Anavar 4 tablets daily
Weeks 1-3 – Clenbuterol 2 tabs
Weeks 7-9 – Clenbuterol 3 tabs
Add an AI Afterwards.


Of course this is if it ever arrives as it's been in transit for 3-4 weeks.

Still unsure if I should continue the prescribed TRT or not. But I am looking into buying it myself in the near future as to start saving $.

My opinion and experience. I like my T about where you got it. Any higher and I don’t feel so good and the side nasties creep up.

We have way different goals im sure. Soooo you gotta do you and dial it in to suit yourself.

I did my prescribed t and supplemented with ugl stuff. My doc retired and script ran out. Honestly…I found the ugl stuff to be better.

You are exactly on track to hit your goal without the orals and the uber high doses, and as an added bonus after another 2 years you will hit 230 and not lose 1/2 of the weight off cycle.

If you want to get leaner while putting on weight…Peptides. A little Reta, a little Tesa. No side effects like the orals and you don’t have to come of them. Maybe add some Primo (if you can find it) and NPP for additional mgs. 2:1:1 (Test/Primo/NPP).

Train with intent and purpose, eat your target protein in conjunction with a clean diet, sleep/recover, and you will do it the right way….the sustainable way.

Appreciate the advice.

Reason I was thinking about it, my body fat has increased, so less definition and no abs to show. Diet can improve, yet harder with a full life schedule. Thus I've hit a wall with the weight for a while.

I didn't want to ask for a higher TRT prescribed dose, so I wouldn't appear as I'm trying to abuse it.

I did 10 weeks of a low dose Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin, didn't notice or feel any difference. Not using reta, as I tend to lose weight FAST if my diet is off by a bit.

Again I do thank the advice, I'll hold off starting if ever they arrive and see any difference in the upcoming months.
 
The Reta isn’t just for fat lose. You find a low dose that you can still eat on while limiting the cravings and the snacking.

In conjunction with the visceral fat reduction and the increase insulin sensitive.. it has 11-teen added side benefits.

Maybe look at it as a marathon and not a short track sprint.

Incremental gains over a long period of time… we tend to keep.

Tesa has an effective dose. 2mg nightly. No less, no more. And you can’t keep it in the fridge.
Try a different supplier that shows recent tests.

Reta is different for each of us, I can take 2mg split into two doses a week and do really well on it.
