I’m sure I’m probably late to the game on this, but I’ve recently got into making smoothie bowls, and I have to say they are delicious. Great for breakfast, pre work out snack, post work out snack or evening snack. I find if I get hungry at night and I’m craving junk food, this will satisfy me. A scoop of protein with some greens powder, blend it up with some frozen fruit. Use a base layer of granola in the bowl and add a little fruit and little more granola on top. Just watch the granola portion if you’re counting calories as it can add up quick.
