Hello all, can you help me understand the interaction between nandrolone and tamoxifen?
Tamoxifen binds to the ER preventing the effects of estrogen. Nandrolone also has an affinity for the same receptors so tamoximen would block the estrogenic effects of nandrolone. Is that not where the various collagen, synovial fluid and related joint lubricity comes from? Activation of the ER by Nandrolone? I read things well beyond my education....
So if you take tamoxifen and nandrolone it would negate the joint relief effects, correct?
