Nerd to Beast Introduction

Started my career with javascript and php. Mostly worked on wordpress sites, then built more complex webapps. Since then I’ve been coding in C++, Java, and the occasional front end stuff. It’s mostly just a job now, I’ve been looking for a career change outside of programming. Just need to make sure I don’t jump ship too quickly. I’m atleast thankful where I work, is very stable, and doesn’t expect anything beyond 40hr’s, so I’m coasting for now.

Yeah, I know what you mean. All my hobbies besides lifting are outdoors. I can’t look at a computer after hours. It’s the only way I stay away from getting burnt out.

@Causkatz you ARE still around. I’ve always been interested in women’s training.

Years ago when i was going to a public gym the women in general were always way more focused than the men (in general). I always found that interesting.

Also my wife wanted to start going to our home gym and learn…major failure on both of us.
