Hey everyone, it’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I’m 38 years old looking to have healthier habits so I started lifting and a good friend that lifts with me told me about the forum so I said what do I have to lose to learn from best individuals that have been doing this for a while. I just want to do it right and get in shape. So thank you for having me.

If you tell the mods you were Airborne Infantry with a few combat rotations you might get a fancy tag! Lots of ex military on the forum.

Hit the weights hard on the first run and make the most of it…. Ask the smart guys for advice, use the search option for older threads that might have your answers already.

Hell yeah it’s time to crush it, staying consistent and committed is going to be my biggest goal/ accomplishment with my health and fitness. I haven’t been this excited for anything in a long time. Probably since I left the Army 10 years ago. Thanks for the help and motivation Bro. It’s time to get to work!!!
 
I’m starting with Test E 500mg pre week and Dbol. Easing into it to see how my body responds. Since it’s my first time I’m keeping a log on it and just hitting the weights. Any advice?
Honestly would start with just test and a lower dose. Without knowing how much you body aromitizes and both test and dbol can be a little
Much if your body is estro factory. You could always add the dbol at the end if you feel you need it but test alone will do a decent amount on its own yiur first go round

Agree with @Dirtnasty above. Dbol can be dicey.

My experience from 40 years ago… dbol gave me extreme “moon face”. I retained…ohhh… probably 10-15 pounds of water, most of it in my face/head hahaha I had a giant bloated head hahaha. It was pretty harsh on me. I’ve never taken it since.
 
If you are absolutely dead set on taking dbol… maybe take it as a pre workout only.
