New, introduction to the forum

Hello all, Iam new to this forum but heard alot of great things from my buddy, hopefully I can get back on track after 4 months away from the gym, I’m 30 years old weigh 165lbs and 5’7. I’ve been working out on and off since I’m 15 along with boxing. However the last 3 years I’ve been focused on power lifting and I have done a few cycles and decided to cruise in between. Iam definitely looking to make some new gains and get stronger then ever before. I hope to soak up all the knowledge I can. Thanks for the time.
 
Welcome brother! You remind me a lot of myself! I’m also 5’7 and used to weight about the same as you and now I’m 200 💪 I’m also a powerlifter at Heartland that’s how I got my start! Keep up the hard work and you can’t to the right place!!!
