Hello,

I have been lurking around UG for about a month reading posts and this forum has a comfortability feeling to it. I am a member of Eroids/T-nation and a few others and it mainly feels like scrutiny and little help. Most guys are in it for themselves so here I am. I want to learn, grow and make sure I am safe.

Stats: I am a 24-year-old male some say young I say early to the game. I sit around 210 pounds with a 12-15% bodyfat give or take the time of year. I am 6ft 2 and I would consider myself more of a bodybuilder. I have a steady routine 5-6 days a week PPL program with squats, deads, and bench. Diet is on point, about 3500 calories a day clean eating with a cheat meal every Saturday night. your normal veggies, lean meats and of course complex carbs I do a 20-25% fat macros, 1-1.2 g of protein per pound of body weight and fill the rest with carbs.

I have done 1 cycle in my life that I saw tremendous size from when I was 22. It was a simple test c at 500mg for 12 weeks and I was about 233 end of the cycle. I had the opportunity to meet the right guy at the gym when I was in college who was able to get some Alpha pharm test c and PCT for me. I had no sides, pct went great my buddies said I looked great and I loved it. I took about a year off before taking the leap of faith and finding and sourcing myself through forums. I did the whole WU payment and secret code to pay the guys and I did receive my order but never truly noticed anything. I ended up stopping and the vials sit now, and I have a few trust issues with this whole process.

This will technically be my 2nd cycle minus a sarm but before I do that I wanted to be apart of something where I could receive feedback and criticism.

Next cycle:
test c at 500mg for 12-20 weeks have not decided may lower dose to 300-400 if I do 20 weeks.
Anavar for no more than 8 weeks at 20-50mg never used this substance so unsure of reaction/dosage.
Osterine at 25mg for the full 20 weeks. (very mild sarm)

I believe that everything looks good and you have a good cycle plan put together a great training routine and a even better diet and you will see great results.

First and foremost welcome to the board , In cycles I believe in the less is more cycles I like to keep it basic and doses low , remember it’s easier to go up than it is to come down , less compounds means if something goes off the rails it’s easier to find the problem and correct it , I also know it’s hard to trust people with your money and order off boards and sites , this is where you read and research find reputable people look at reviews , make as informed decision as you can , talk to members about experiences mods , Never ask for a source it’s frowned upon take your time my friend .

Yeah asking for a source is frowned upon in all places. nothing wrong with a little digging and questions/ and building an opinion. I always agree with less is more! thanks man.
 
For years I struggled to make gains (diabetic). I blamed it on bad gear, bad genetics, etc.
But I was only eating 2000 calories a day!
LOL!
It wasn’t until I was able to break the 5000 calorie a day mark, that I really started seeing gains.
Still not breaking any records, but it’s true: “You got to eat big to get big.”
 
God I wish I could eat big but I’m already heavy so I could stand to

I have the same diet but I live in bizarro world. I have one clean diet Day and cheat 6 others. My calories are in The 5400 to 6000 range. I am all about calories. Now to be honest. I do not have a horrible diet. Mostly clean foods. But I do cheat. Like beer. Pizza. Burritos. Whiskey. But besides that pretty clean. 🤣. Oh yeh. Welcome aboard!
