Hey everyone, I’m a 29 y/o M 5’10" and 205lbs. I’ve been a frequent lurker on reddit steroids and spent a a lot of months reading up intermittently in between my work in grad school. With gyms reopening in my area, I’m finally ready to travel down the rabbit hole and try my first cycle. I lift four days a week, and I’m most interested in making lean muscle gains and increasing strength. I’m pretty happy with my weight currently, but added weight isn’t too much of a bother to me. I follow mainly a powerlifting style program. I previously used to train combat sports as a hobby and now I’m just trying to get stupid strong.

So far, I understand that since it’s my first cycle I should go with either Test-C or Test-E dosed at about 250mg on Mon and Thurs, for a total of 500mg a week. I was planning on doing a 16 week cycle. I currently have Tamoxifen citrate and Anastrozole already on hand in case of any estrogen flare ups. Getting labs done on Wed to see where my Test and Estrogen levels are at prior to starting a cycle. And I’m ready to hit the gym with a renewed vigor. Current plan looks like this.

16 Weeks
Test Cyp or Test E 250mg - .50cc 3x weekly Mon and Thurs Weeks 1-16
Anastrozole 0.5mg Mon and Thurs weeks 2-16

2 weeks of nothing

PCT
Tamoxifen Citrate 20mg daily for 6 weeks

As you can tell I mostly followed the reddit’s first cycle protocol, and thought that I should start an AI prophylactically, because I had some pubertal gyno from being a fat during teenage years.

Only barrier to me starting is waiting on Test to come in. I trusted a bud to help me get a shipment of 3 10mL vials of Test-C, but with COVID-19, customs packages have been getting looked at more. It was my mistake, if it doesn’t come in, but I have no clue where to look for gear.

All in all, happy to learn from everyone in the community and I look forward to making mental and physical gains from all of you.

First off, that was an excellent introduction! You’ve obviously done your homework and made a solid foundation to learn from! Secondly, your cycle outline looks great! We’re glad to have you in our community and can’t wait to see how everything goes! Welcome to UGM bro!
