I will bench 450 before my 35th year. With 500 being new hope. Squat is where I may need to change goals but I hope it’s higher than. Bench by then

Was hoping for 405 for 5 tomorrow but gym isn’t oPen so I got high

Most I’ve ever done is 405 but hurt my shoulder. No telling where I’ll be once I start working out again
