Been on here for a over a year...almost half the man I used to be.

I ended up at Five foot ten or eleven depends, still shrinking. Weighing in at 181.2 lbs this AM and as of Wedneday I had a total BF % of 8.7.

Last Labs were 1450 T and 89 E on a sensitive. That was on 375 test. Added in Masteron for the diuretics after that draw.

Body dismorphia is fucking real, I tell people I am fat. Lot of extra water from the E2 and diet but we can put on size now. I do have some loose skin and nobody is worried. Water weight, subQ fat and I can fill it out.

So, have labs scheduled on Monday for Test and E, sensitive. (MP got added)

Planning on keeping my Test at 375 and may lower it based on labs.
EQ seems logical, low aromatization and quality gains.

This is all from reading, not research, reading.

Test 375 split 3x a week. Enanthate
EQ 150 split 3x a week and titrating up to 450 split 3x a week over

So, for estrogen and it will be an issue for me.
Run Masteron along side and check labls in a month? As in run all three together?

Run test and eq and check labs before adding in other compounds?

I learned my lesson last time, we got lucky I think.

The answer is titrate one at a time and check, titratre and check. Anyway I need direction.

Eq lowers estrogen for a lot of people. I’m also less inclined to suggest eq for the aging gear head. On average the cystatin c rises, estrogen drops, and h/h rises. Which is a hard trifecta on the kidneys. Just foodnfor thought.
I will be reading up on that.

I will give you one piece of advice though. You’re running out of “aw craps”. A misstep at your age can be catastrophic. My number one son. @Neuro and I have had this discussion several times.

It does. If you look at my older posts i was infinitely more conservative before I decided to compete, and @Aude_Aliquid_Dignu and myself had many a talks regarding the safest way to do this.

I do think primo and mast are probably the best out there for being long term safe to use. After my show I foresee myself going more in line with my old ways of thinking. I’m already going bald so test and mast will probably be my low dose staples moving forward.

Started thinning on my top a bit too at 48. Had to start hitting the minoxidil 6 months ago (amazon basic is the cheapest) twice a day and it is working pretty dang well.

I’ll have to give it a try. I’m halfway inclined to give it up and let it go, but topical copper peptide has also shown some promise. Decisions decisions.
 
My reservations about EQ were not the same, but I asked for direction and got it. I don't want to worry about prolactin and estrogen. My hematocrit was 58 and well, that is whole other kidney and BP concern on EQ. So, appreciated. I need this shit out of my system 110% for over a year is old.

Further, 18 mos ago I had a plan. It took me 5 mos to find and source and read. It has been 13 mos at 525 mg avg. It is time.
I don't have a plan right now and that is an a unhealthy path. Got a trainer. Pro Card guy and all that. Told him I was fat and needed some help on cardio and he scaled me at 8.7% which is not fat. My perspective is distorted on image....not great. Point is I made it. Ways to go, trainer is great. It is odd to succeed...so 2x a week with a trainer and lots of laps.

So we are just going to go to 250 test then 125 test.

So, going to push my labs out. I have enanthate on board and mast p. When I get to 125....

My LH and FSH are nonexistent. I was planning on starting Novladex and Clomid or will the 125 keep me supressed anyway? I dont' see myself ever coming off of test at all.


My goals are stamina, MSE etc...I am so small right now if I eat right a and rest....
 
HMG is another option, but more expensive for LH and FSH.
And a good bit CBT in conjunction with Selank and Semax, to get your head right.
The biggest work you should do is on the invasive thoughts you seem to be on the struggle bus with.

Now….regarding Hematocrit. Remember all that is a ratio of RBC to plasma/water/ect.
Drink your weight in oz of water everyday with electrolytes and retest.
Usually as simple as that.
Blood letting is NOT A THING unless you are good samaritan, but at your levels, they might not even take it anyway.
People who live in high altitudes have higher levels and suffer no consequences.
That being said…if you got to tie your shoes and get light headed, go get an iv bag and maintain your fluid intake as stated.
 
I don’t see why you need nolva or clomid. I’d rather you supplement with Dhea and pregenelone.
And that is the other thing, new, novice whatever somethings I am just ignorant to. DHEA being one, I need a better understanding if I decide to move on. But as @Poppy said, invasive thoughts so were gonn' get the nugget squarfed away . Cognitive decline, have a 400 course in ANT this semester and I'm getting a B for no other reason than I just cannot think. So clear all this shit out. @Neuro contemplating Nova and Clomid based on reading is prophylactic. Taking a compound without a lab to justtify is just fucking dumb. I know I am suppressed that's it. No plan, so no gear. Funny thing, I cannot afford to EAT. Yesterday was my first non deficit day in a while....still ended up 400 calories short with 3700 in. On a 30 min workout day.
