November 11th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Happy Veterans Day.Breakfast was 4 scrambled eggs,3 pieces whole wheat toast,protein shake, banana,coffee and water.Doin back at 11.Today I am grateful for being a vet and the experience/training I received.When I walked in the Navy recruiters office he was getting ready to leave he asked me to come back the next day,I did he wasn’t there but the Marine recruiter was and for that I am thankful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

2 English muffins with Canadian bacon and eggs. Had 2 waffles and egg whites also. Lunch will be chicken and rice. Top round on toast for dinner 🤷… The more food I make the less ambitious I get towards the end 😂. Protein shake and a banana if I make it to the gym before work
