November 13th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 oikos,1 sesame seed bagel,protein shake, banana,coffee water.No lifting today.Future ex wife is bringing kid to see me eat lunch at a diner,then watch the Giants.Today I am grateful for the opportunity to see my kid.Hope everyone has a great day.
 
1st meal was 4 eggs scrambled and 2 pieces of fried bologna. 2nd meal was 3 biscuits covered in gravy with 2 pieces of sausage. 3rd meal is 2 barbecue chicken breast, green beans, and Mac n cheese. 4th meal is a mass gainer shake. No training today
