Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 scrambled eggs,3 whole wheat toast,1 oikos,1 protein shake, banana,coffee and water.Only did bis yesterday so Tris and shoulders at 11.Today I am grateful for a decent night of sleep.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Shredding chicken and cheese for breakfast dead’s and back then chciken and rice with some popcorn mixed in as snack helps
