Good fuckin morning.Woke up today ignorant and angry for no particular reason,argued we with some lazy sack of shit who doesn’t clean his my mess up when he cooks in the kitchen,I really was envisioning unhinging his jaw,but the staff got involved.Now their gonna “Team” me,whatever I’m not backing down from my stand point.Its like going to the principals office but with the whole team of staff,fuck them…ok slow down John,take a breather…
Breakfast was 1 sesame bagel,2 oikos,protein shake, banana and water.Gonna do back later.Today I am grateful for the beautiful sun that is coming thru my window and the cool weather we’ve been having can’t wait for it snow.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean Ground turkey, protein rice, veggies
Dinner - (eating out)

Workout 1 :
Active Recovery jog 30 minutes

Glad you took a breather bro. Any good peeps in there you been able to connect with? I had that vacation last weekend into this week, cuts over and I’ve been eating like shit all week and feel like shit haha. My stomachs pretty sensitive to bad food and makes me feel rundown. But continued today as I hadn’t food shopped so it was fasting through breakfast, two fried spicy chicken sandwiches with fries for lunch and baked ziti for dinner. Grocery store and gym tomorrow will have me back on track. @Poppy I also have Chiro tomorrow AM. Can’t wait that shit helps so much. I also incorporates cupping and dry needling from a different guy I highly recommend if you have muscular issues/tension
 
Where you at? Not specifically … in jail now if a guy gets in a fight with another inmate it’s two year automatic prison time. The guards hate the rule cause all the young little shit running around acting stupid and the old guys can’t take ‘em in a cell and teach them a lesson anymore so everyone just has to deal with the multitude of idiots. And they don’t clean up after themselves either. I took away the tv remote one day and lectured them all for a bit.

I’ve been here before,its beneficial,get to work on the root of the problems,which all my problems are war related if it wasn’t for that I might be kinda “normal”…but don’t get it twisted I’d go back and do it all again.
