Good fuckin morning all.went to bed stressed and angry,slept like shit.Breakfast was grapes, bagel and protein shake,water.Got the fuck it’s today,skipped class,not sure about the gym,but it will be Tris if I go.Not feeling very grateful this morning,but there are things I am still grateful for like food,and the cool weather,my daughter so young and innocent still she has no clue how shitty things can get and if she’s learned anything yet I hope it’s that she should Not marry a combat infantry marine.

Had a pretty big breakfast today. Had the day off cause it’s to cold here is something to lay asphalt. So decide to treat myself to a couple muffins haha hit arms. Then will head back later to so some cardio

Ok a few confessions I think issue last night was eating too much whit cheddar popcorn. I’ve been addicted to it recently and it s fine during day but it just seems to sit there if eat before bed. Second I haven’t had poptart in months, they on sale this week so will remedy that. And third is it really lowering doses if I I go down byt 1/3 on test and deca b it add in 700 tren.
 
I been back on my diet which is boring as fuck. Loving ground turkey right now it goes down way easier than chicken for me. I fasted through breakfast with just a black coffee, gluten free pasta with turkey meatballs for lunch, turkey burgers with rice and veggies for dinner. Hitting gym for cardio and sauna in a few then likely just a protein shake before bed
