Today I am thankful for a decent view,and the 4 plants in my room.
Breakfast 1 cherry frosted package of pop tarts, banana,3 HB eggs no yolk,Syntha-6 protein shake,coffee and water.Its gonna be a long day I know this.Gonna do chest today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Day off for a 4 day weekend.

Had usual oats pb protein powder bfast dropped baby girl off at school and pigged out at waffle house for second bfast.

Just got home from beetes checkup and great labs. Feeling good.

No training today. Kicking around here relaxing.

Not sure about training. I’ll do something just not sure what. Food is still the same. No Halloween candy so far. As far as being grateful, I would say that I am grateful for my current job. It has a real solid group of guys that don’t take anything to serious unless the situation calls for it. Hardly seems like work
 
Looking like a peaceful morning bro hope it’s a solid day for you. I got some sort of cold in my chest and sinuses I banged out of work today. Doc called in a Z pack for me. Been chilling watching movies, and did some light bi’s cause I was bored. Sicario 2 was a great movie. Back to work and real gym tomorrow

It’s actually a dumb idea,but I think I can pull it off. Whenever they piss/alcohol test us here their suppose to do a room check,most of the staff doesn’t bother with the room check,and the ones that do,don’t check shit open your closet and a draw is about it.
